Bob Blessing-Hartley is the Chief Technology Officer at Shielded Technologies. He brings over two decades of experience in enterprise systems, business integration, cloud computing, and blockchain technology.

Before joining Shielded and Input Output, he served as Head of Solution Architecture at Kaleido and, while at IBM, he was Systems CTO for Blockchain, Chief Architect for IBM’s Hyper Protect Cloud Services, and the CTO for IBM Remote Labs. Throughout his career, Bob Blessing-Hartley has led development, support, and services teams in creating innovative Web3 and Web2 solutions that address enterprise regulatory, security, and compliance needs.a
